Most orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days of purchase. Your order will be shipped to the address on your order unless you specify differently. Please make sure your address is correct to ensure a timely and accurate delivery. You will receive a confirmation email at the time you place your order as well as a notification that your order has been shipped with a tracking number.
We ship out orders via USPS First Class Mail. Your order does include postage, delivery confirmation, business card, secure packaging, affirmation card and personalized inspirational message.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Each order does go through our 10-point quality assurance inspection to ensure that you love your purchase! It is our goal that the items you order meet or exceeds your expectations. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of delivery of your order so that we can process your return.
Discounted/Sales/Clearance items are final sale, this includes the use of coupon codes.
After 14 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted. Purchases made from a gift certificate will be refunded by an online store credit. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unaltered) with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied.
You are responsible for contacting us here to initiate the return process. You are responsible for shipping item back. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
Project Eleven26 Jewelry offers a one (1) month warranty on the delivered products from the date of the order confirmation. If a jewel unexpectedly breaks, then the piece can be returned for repair at no charge. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Note: The warranty does not apply to:
* Worn items or damage caused by improper use of the jewelry;
* discoloration or staining of the metal by contact with water, perfume and other cosmetics,
* broken or damaged jewelry / stones that the jewelry has fallen;
* discoloration or deterioration of wax cord;
